Shipping Policy
UK Postage:

Standard - orders of £50 or more: Free 3-5 business days

Standard: £4.00 3-5 business days

Deliveries are to the UK only .
Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Rates include postage, packing and insurance.
If you are out when the postman attempts delivery, he or she will normally leave a calling card to inform you that they have tried to deliver that day. Your goods will then be taken to your local post office depot for you to collect or arrange for re-delivery.

You can deliver your items to a different address to your billing address by amending the delivery address in the checkout pages.

Return & Exchange Policy
For web orders:
In accordance with distance selling regulations, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be returned in a new, unworn condition with their original tags still attached. Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original box. Stepping Stones will not accept returns of items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

Please follow the returns procedure below:

Wrap your item securely in the packaging of your choice along with a note of your name and address.

Take the package to your local post office, making sure you retain your certificate of postage. The cost of returning this parcel is your responsibility.

A refund or exchange will then be issued upon the satisfactory receipt of the item.
If you require a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Refunds will be made within 7 days of the date we receive your returned item.

If you would like to exchange a web purchase in store within 14 days of receipt, please bring along your order confirmation and we will be happy to help you find a replacement. If you would like a refund, you can leave your item and your paperwork with a shop assistant, and you will be refunded through the web. We regret that we are unable to offer web refunds in our stores.

For in store purchases:
A credit note or exchange will be issued for unwanted items within 14 days of purchase. The credit note is valid for 3 months. This does not affect your statutory rights.
